- Tree Felling -
Felling trees can be a dangerous activity so it is best to employ the services of the professionals. Accidents can be numerous when felling trees either by incorrect use of equipment, inexperienced users, falling branches, and by the tree being felled itself. Also the use of a chainsaw should be used only by licensed experienced professionals.
- Tree Reductions -
Tree Reductions is a process of reducing the overall size of the tree, cutting back and removal of any potentially dangerous branches and deadwood. Also minimising the risk of disease to the tree.
- Tree Pruning -
Tree Pruning should be done early in the season with regards to fruit trees or when the tree is dormant (autumn/winter). A good time to start pruning is when the tree is young, which when done right will help the tree grow in the correct manner to achieve strong branches. Pruning for fruit trees will help keep the orchard`s trees size and keep the shape under control. Which can help increase yields due to improved flowering and fruit buds.
- Crown Reduction -
This is a common procedure to reduce the overall size of the crown (top of the tree). This process will help increase the life of the tree and general appearance and will be useful to allow more light to shine through the canopy, particularly useful if you find the trees are blocking out the light to your property.
- Crown Thinning -
A tree with a extremely dense crown, may need to have it thinned out to allow more light into the surrounding area, also to lessen the damage from the wind.
- Crown Lifting -
The crown may need to be lifted because some of the lower branches are causing a problem to buildings, the public, walkways etc. The branches in the way are pruned back to the main trunk or to where they will grow back in a suitable way.
- Safe tree removal in confined spaces -
Tree Removal maybe be needed if the tree is diseased, dead or its location is needed for another purpose. We have the skills to remove the tree safely, even cutting it down to size in sections for easy disposal.
- Stump Grinding -
Stump Grinding is useful especially where space is an issue, you may need to plant another tree or build a shed in that area. Our stump grinder is at hand to tackle the job with ease.
- Hedge work -
Hedges are great for a property`s security and privacy. Trimming regularly, helps the hedge look neat and tidy and adds to the overall appeal of the property. Trimming often eliminates the need to cut the hedge back heavily and in the process avoiding any bare and ugly looking hedge lines.
